→Youth Empowerment Services (Research & Rehabilitation) Trust of Kashmir is a voluntary Organization working for the education, health   and women’s empowerment in the underprivileged communities, especially with Children and women.

→The Trust was initiated with a view to evolving information and making linkage between the villagers and the government. We believed that knowledge would lead to awareness, which would further lead to self-development.

→It is our belief that every state in the world is required to be a welfare state.  The government which normally is being represented by administration cannot do the whole all alone. The Governments and the collective organization have to come forward and contribute with this objective in view.

→Man cannot progress without knowledge. The progress and the development of a society depend upon the standard of education which the young ones of the society are to be imparted.

→That the trust has a firm belief that a well developed individual is the core of a democratic society and, indeed the development of a democratic society depends upon the development of an individual. The trust has a deep seated conviction that both the individual and the society have a positive responsibility towards each other, with a view to augmenting the chances of the better world order. The major burden of the educational thought of the trust is, therefore, to make man and society not only responsive to each other but to integrate their efforts to realize their perfection in life.

→That it shall be the endeavour of the trust to engage teachers, professors, instructors , and experts of good moral character and capable to impart efficiently and economically up to date knowledge to the students in art, science, literature and the other professional/technical courses.

→ That the trust has a policy to train and equip the students so that they would be self-supporting in an Honorable and decent way of life.

→That the trust has an idea to bring out, encourage and develop the inventive and research facilities of the students and teachers as well.

→ That the  trust will reserve a certain quota in its college for the educationally backward, poor and orphan students and will also provide financial assistance to these students in pursuing their higher education and the trust will also provide scholarship to its meritorious students in pursuing t he higher education.

→ To establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance support and/or aid to or help in the setting up and/or maintain orphanages, widow homes, lunatic asylums, poor houses or other establishments for relief and/or help to the poor, old and infirm people and/or destitute.

→To give, provide and/or render help and assistance in cash or kind to poor and/or destitute people windows, etc.

→To establish schools, high Schools, higher Institutes in the country for giving better education to the people.

→To give higher education to the poor students, employees who are working in government or semi government departments but having low education, those children’s/students whose education has been effected due to turmoil’s in the parts of country, specially in  Kashmir valley from last three years.  

→To give, provide and/or render help and assistance to and/or implement any scheme for providing livelihood and upliftment of the poor.

→To give provide and or render food, medicine and other help and/or assistance in any shape or form to the poor deserving and needy persons.

→To start, maintain and assist any relief measures in those parts which are or become subjected to natural calamities such as flood, fire, drought, famine, cyclone, earth-quake, epidemic, storm, accident, pestilence, etc.

→To establish, maintain or grant aid for the establishment or maintenance of wells, tube-wells, tanks, water-reservoirs and trees and constructions of and repairs to paths, roads, bridges, etc. for the use of the public.

→To give, provide, distribute blankets, rugs, woolen clothing’s, quilts of cotton, woolen, silk, or other verities of clothes or other articles of necessity and facilities for the poor, orphans, widows.

→To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running schools, colleges, lecture halls and other establishments or instructions for advancements of education and of knowledge in  Islamic studies , arts, science, literature, humanities, and all other useful subjects in all their manifestations. Provided main the main objective of the Trust is to open Scientific schools to impart Islamic & formal Education to poor ,Orphans, Widows, Destitute & other deprived class of society

→To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run maintain, assist, finance, support and. or aid or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running hospitals, boarding houses, libraries, reading-rooms,  and other training and vocational institutes.

→To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running hospitals, charitable dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centres, sanatoriums, hostels and other similar institutes or canters for rendering or providing medical relief and/or aid to the suffering humanities or for research canters and institutes for promotion of research and education for medical science including surgery.

→To open fund, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or did to help in the setting up and/or  maintaining  and/or running institutions, centers, auditoriums and the like for the running of welfare and other services to the public and to provide meeting-room for socially useful activities and functions.

→To open fund, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the  setting up establishment, maintenance and/or running Daramsalas, wells, deep tube-wells, tanks, roads, etc.

→To promote, organize, administer, establish, support, maintain, and/or grant aid to any person, institution or society or organization whatsoever having for its objects of charitable purposes and to incur expenditure in connection therewith.

→To create action oriented programs for ensuring child rights. To develop alternative integrated subjective model based on local resource to develop leadership qualities among poor people capacitate them to initiate action towards development for livelihood, to conduct organize symposiums for creation of harmony, in generally to initiate programs for educating the general public about their rights and duties towards the society. To educate the people to maintain the ecological balance to conduct symposiums at different levels for conservation of the environment.

→To establish de-addiction camps, to educate people about the benefits of afford station to raise funds for afford station.

 →To work for controlling the exploitation of children in the state, by providing them means for a better feature in education and social perspective irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, language, sex, or other discriminating factors. This purpose shall be fulfilled by establishing Child Exploitation Controlling unit (CECU), which shall work to provide free education to needy in-house as well as external.

→To establish a full –fledged Islamic cum scientific library in districts as well as in town for this a separate unit, library Establishing unit (LEU) shall be maintained. Trustees shall be empowered to decide membership as well as fees.

→To establish an innovate ENDEAVOUR Sunday school  at town level in the state .Endeavour schooling agency(ESA), will be established for this purpose , and shall also conduct periodic Entrance Examinations and top selected students being eligible for cash prizes  as decided by trustees. In addition, it is proposed to open the full -time   schools at District levels.

→To establish Islamic literacy Campaign (ILC) unit under which survey for Islamic Literacy shall be conducted and required measures shall be applied to improve and develop the deficiencies.

→To carry on the objects which are incidental or ancillary for the smooth conduct of the objectives mentioned hereinabove.
